Acceptable Stay

The hotel boasts ample car parking. The hotel runs a Water Sports Centre with a private beach near the lake (I found it very convenient). The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Access to the spa was limited to certain hours. The pool usage was also restricted to specific times, a disappointment for families with children.

Spa access problems
Staff was friendly and the hotel maintained standards for cleanliness.
I was very frustrated with the spa access. It was advertised as included, but restrictions were extreme. Limited hours and extra charges for certain areas made it difficult to use.

helpful staff excellent location loud music no air conditioning
The location of the hotel proved excellent for activities I had planned. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the hotel to others.
Loud music played downstairs throughout the night. This caused a terrible night's sleep. The room became hot. There was no air conditioning.

Kevin at reception helped me get the same room i had last time. gary in the restaurant remembered me. He also reserved my favorite table.
I can not use the spa facilities as much as i would like. It has inconvenient timings.
